I need help to create a professional look-and-feel manual.

The look-and-feel of the manual should come from www.dayfeed.se where also relevant company logos can be found. The current manual is in Swedish language and can be translated to English or kept in Swedish (as I can do translation myself). It shall be simple, straightforward - but relevant for the end user.
I would want the result to be in Microsoft WORD as updates will later be implemented. The final format will be in PDF and later published on the website.
