I need a copywriter for a property management brochure

We are an Asset and Property management company in South Africa and require a brochure and website page. We currently manage several properties regionally and want to corporatize the company and go National, therefore requiring a well informed brochure and website page in accordance with the existing larger property management firms in the country.
