marketing copy writing and design -- 3

I need three marketing brochures made, we have draft copy, but it is very wordy and poorly written, we need a marketing/copy expert to adjust, trim, focus on the relevant details, then to turn it into spectacular brochures.

1. is a two page flyer, brief points
2. 6 page brief overview
3. 15 page more detailed package

we need the content edited to a very high marketing standard. we have been told we are giving too much information about how to do our job to the prospective customer, basically telling them how they could set up their own business instead of buying our franchise.

we need a 2 page document

we are thinking a single double sided page. 1st page. marketing one type of our franchise available for sale ie "agricultural franchise" the 2nd page (back side) the other type of franchise for sale ie Commercial franchise. this would be given out at trade shows, as a paper leaflet

the second 5-6 page document would be given out at trade show, after the person has filled out an information request form. or we would be email or have the client download after filling out information request form online

the large full document would be given out to only those very interested after signing a Non disclosure document
