book query submission

I have written 10 books and I am looking to contract a literary agent/publisher at this point. I need an expert who can submit these 10 books to the preferred list of agencies please. The work will entail but not be limited to:
1. Follow the submission guidelines for each publisher/literary agent
2. Submit all information for each of 10 books
3. Create all required accompanying documents
4. Return all content to myself once submitted
