Write a job description

I am hiring an Executive Assistant. I don't want a very traditional job description that is boring to read. I want a fun, energizing description that will attract energetic and creative employees. I have attached a rough draft and you should be able to get an idea of what type of voice I want this description to have. Please add, subtract, or revamp as you see fit.
