Project Title: Work with Ats

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me with the following tasks related to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

Resume Formatting:
- I need help with formatting resumes to ensure they are aligned with the requirements of the ATS platform.
- The resumes should be optimized for keyword scanning and easy parsing by the ATS.

ATS Platform:
- I am using the Workday ATS platform. Experience with this platform is preferred, but not mandatory.

Resume Template:
- While I don't have a specific template in mind, the resumes should be tailored to the industry I am hiring for.
- The freelancer should have knowledge of industry-specific resume formats and best practices.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in working with ATS platforms, particularly Workday.
- Strong understanding of resume formatting and optimization for ATS.
- Knowledge of industry-specific resume formats and best practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to tailor resumes to specific job requirements.
- Experience in recruitment or human resources would be a plus.
