• Answers the most common questions about our services in clear, friendly Bahasa Indonesia.
• Routes special requests to the right live-agent queue or prompts the sender for more details, keeping the conversation organized for us to pick up later.
I will share our FAQ list, brand tone guidelines, and existing WhatsApp Business account access. You handle copy-writing the messages, configuring Quick Replies, Greeting & Away Messages, and testing the flow so it fires correctly on Android and iOS versions of WhatsApp Business.
Acceptable delivery: a live WhatsApp Business automation ready to switch on, plus a document outlining each trigger phrase and its matching reply so my team can edit it in the future.
