Virtual Assistants Wanted – AI Rewriting + Canva Post Creation (No Design Skills Needed)
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We’re hiring 5 reliable Virtual Assistants to support a high-volume content creation project.
You’ll be using tools like ChatGPT (or other free AI platforms) to rewrite text from images or screenshots, and then create branded visual posts using Canva Pro. This is a simple, repeatable task – no formal design skills needed – just consistency, accuracy, and good basic English.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Rewriting Text Using AI Tools
- You’ll be provided with screenshots or image posts (e.g. from LinkedIn)
- Your task is to extract the text, and use ChatGPT or Perplexity.ai to rewrite it in a clear, professional, and on-brand tone
- The rewritten content will then be used to create visuals
2. Creating Visual Posts in Canva
- Use Canva Pro (access provided)
- Apply our brand colours, fonts, and templates
- Insert the rewritten text into the design
- Export and upload final images to a shared folder (Google Drive or Mega)
- Update progress in a shared Google Sheet or task board
Tools You’ll Use:
- ChatGPT (Free), Perplexity.ai, or Google Gemini
- Canva Pro (access provided)
- Google Drive or Mega (for uploads)
- Google Sheets / Trello (for task tracking)
Expected Output (Per Hour):
- AI rewrite + Canva post: 8–15 posts/hour
- Simple Canva-only posts: 10–20 posts/hour
- Carousel/multi-slide: 4–6 posts/hour
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:
- Good basic English writing skills
- Familiarity with Canva (basic use is fine)
- An eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to follow clear instructions and deliver on time
- A strong work ethic — we have plenty of ongoing tasks!
