7-Video Personal Mockumentary Series

Job ID: 40386905

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m putting together a seven-episode mini mock-doc that follows my own day-to-day life. The goal is to present genuine, slice-of-life moments—morning rituals, work breaks, late-night reflections—edited in a way that feels authentic rather than staged. Each episode will lean into the theme of Daily routines, though if an unexpected family cameo or a personal triumph naturally pops up, we can weave that in for extra texture.

Here’s where I need help. I already have a loose outline for all seven videos, but no real technical chops; even CapCut has me stumped. I’m looking for someone who can:

• Shape my raw footage into a coherent story through thoughtful storyboarding, light script guidance, and tight video editing.
• Shoot or direct additional footage if a scene needs reinforcement (simple B-roll, atmospheric shots, etc.).
• Mix clean cuts, color, and natural sound so the final product feels polished yet real.
• Optimize each piece for YouTube—titles, tags, thumbnails, and basic SEO—so they actually get found.

Deliverables
1. Seven finished videos (6–8 min each) ready to upload to YouTube in 1080p or higher.
2. A matching set of thumbnails and keyword-rich descriptions.
3. A reusable template or workflow guide so I can keep the series going after these first episodes.

Acceptance Criteria
• Every video opens and closes with a consistent branding card and lower-third style.
• Audio is balanced and free from obvious pops or hum.
• At least one engaging hook is placed within the first 20 seconds to hold viewer attention.
• Metadata follows current YouTube best practices.

If you’re comfortable capturing honest, relatable stories and turning everyday footage into watch-worthy episodes, let’s talk.
