I am new of WeChat and I Have install the application. I Have fill the registration form but now WeChat ask to me:
Contact a WeChat user who meets the following conditions. (They do not need to be a WeChat friend of yours.)
to. He has registered with WeChat for more than a month (if he is an international user) or more than 6 months ago (if he is a Continental Cine user).
b. Didn't complete "Help a friend sign up" for other users last month.
c. It wasn't blocked last month.
d. He has activated WeChat Pay, if he is a mainland Chinese user.
