Turning a rough training outline into a detailed speaking script

I have developed an online training outline on a self-organization method and want to professionally produce an online course based on this training. I would need support in turning the bullet points, which are purely training content, into a fluent script I can read out to the camera. The script should be in a more conversational tone and include many examples and more substantial information than the pure outline currently contains.
