Telegram channel manager

I have a Telegram channel about women mental health. I want someone to manage my work load like
- googling mental health articles and upload to the telegram channel
-replying massages and send me to the important one
- wipe all spamers
-being active in the channel as a community member and ext..
Requirements :-
*You must be a women (id verification required)
*You need basic English Knowledge
*you have to work atleast 4 hours a day (you can
work any time)
*need sense of humour
