Talent sourcing

P3 Logistics Parks is a real estate company which helps retailers, manufacturers and distribution providers access key commercial locations via our integrated pan-European platform of high-quality logistics warehouses. The company is rapidly growing and for the growth it needs more people. We are supposed to hire 15 people in different countries (mainly Germany, France, Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Roman and Czech Republic). We need a person who would do talent sourcing for us - searching for suitable candidates on LinkedIn, other social media and anywhere else. The person should not be only able to find the right profiles, but also attract their attention and motivate them to participate in selection process. The person has to enjoy working with social media and be excellent in communication - writing as well as on a phone. He/she ideally should have a strong selling skills, experience with cold calling and outbound sales. If he would have an experience from real estate industry it would be an advantage. Fluent English is must, German and French would be an advantage.
