Whenever a question lands in the inbox or messaging thread, I want to reply with an actionable guide that walks the user from problem to solution in logical, numbered steps they can actually follow.
Your part is to help me design and deliver those responses. You’ll take each incoming query—whether it turns out to be technical, lifestyle, financial, or something else—and craft a concise yet thorough sequence of steps. Plain language is key, as is an encouraging, solutions-oriented tone.
Scope of work
• Read each incoming email or message from the user.
• Break the problem down and draft a numbered, step-by-step guide that solves it.
• Ensure every step is actionable and in the correct order, with no jargon left unexplained.
• Return the guide to me (or directly to the user if we set that up) within an agreed-upon timeframe.
