Everything must be re-typed (or copied) accurately in Microsoft Word, lightly proof-read for spelling and punctuation, and laid out in straightforward business style. I’m not supplying a formal style guide, so standard formatting conventions are fine; the end goal is simply a polished, error-free document that mirrors the source material in meaning and basic structure.
