Spanish Corporate Communications Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned Spanish-language professional who can step into our corporate communications workflow and make sure every word we share in Spanish sounds as natural and persuasive as it does in English. The work ranges from quick-turn internal notices to customer-facing releases and presentation decks, so you should be equally comfortable polishing executive messaging, drafting original copy from brief notes, and clarifying nuanced questions on the spot.
Because our needs shift week to week, the exact mix of translation, copywriting, editing, or real-time interpreting will depend on the project queue. If you’re used to adapting your skill set on demand and you can keep tone, terminology, and voice consistent across multiple channels, you’ll be a great fit.
Typical deliverables can include:
• Fully localized Spanish versions of English documents (Word, Google Docs, or PowerPoint)
• Original Spanish copy written from outlines or meeting recordings
• Light interpreting support during virtual calls when context is critical
• A short style guide or glossary when you spot recurring terminology
I value accuracy, speed, and a collaborative attitude. Native-level Spanish, strong business writing skills, and previous corporate communications experience are must-haves. When you reply, please share a brief note on your most relevant projects and attach or link to two or three samples that show both your linguistic range and your understanding of corporate tone.
I review proposals daily and will reach out quickly to schedule a short video chat with shortlisted freelancers so we can talk through timelines and expectations.
