Revamp and optimize eBay product listings -- 2

​I am an eBay seller seeking an experienced expert to professionally overhaul and optimize my current listings. The primary goals are to improve my search visibility (SEO), increase conversion rates, and create a more professional, user-friendly shopping experience for my buyers.
​This is a project-based role focused on a specific set of tasks. All work must be completed directly within the eBay platform, as I do not use any third-party listing software.
​Key Responsibilities
​I am looking for a specialist who can perform the following tasks:
​eBay SEO & Listing Optimization:
​Analyze and rewrite existing listing titles to maximize all 80 characters for eBay's Cassini search engine.
​Optimize listing descriptions for keywords and readability.
​Complete Item Specifics:
​Conduct in-depth research to identify all relevant item specifics for my products.
​Manually update all listings to include these specifics, ensuring my items appear in buyers' filtered search results.
​Convert to Variation Listings:
​Identify standalone listings that should be grouped together.
​Consolidate these items into new or existing multi-variation listings (e.g., for different sizes, colors, or styles). This is crucial for combining sales history and improving search rank.
​HTML Template Design & Implementation:
​Design a clean, professional, and 100% mobile-responsive HTML template for my listing descriptions.
​This template must be fully compliant with all current eBay policies (i.e., no active content, JavaScript, or non-compliant links).
​Apply the new template across all active listings.
​HTML Links:
​Within the new template, add simple, eBay-compliant HTML links to my store categories and my main eBay Store page to encourage cross-selling.
​Required Skills & Qualifications
​Proven, demonstrable experience as an eBay specialist with a strong portfolio.
​Deep understanding of eBay's Cassini search algorithm and current SEO best practices.
​Expertise in creating and managing multi-variation listings.
​Meticulous attention to detail, especially for completing all item specifics.
​Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS specifically for creating modern, mobile-responsive, and eBay-compliant templates.
​Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
​Familiarity with eBay's multi-user account access (or an alternative, secure method for providing account access).
