Responsive Business Tool for Android

I’m kicking off a new business-facing tool that must run flawlessly on Android phones, tablets, and standard desktop browsers. The first milestone is a fully responsive application/website with secure user authentication baked in from day one. While Android is the launch platform, I’m structuring the codebase so I can add iOS or Windows support later without a rewrite, so clean, modular architecture is essential.
You’ll handle both the front-end and back-end pieces: designing an intuitive UI, crafting smooth interactions, and wiring everything to a solid database layer. I value clear, proactive communication—quick updates, honest progress reports, and collaborative problem-solving are must-haves. Meeting agreed timelines is critical; quality and maintainability are even more important than speed.
Experience that will help you shine here:
• Cross-platform app or PWA development (React, Flutter, or similar)
• Modern web stacks (Node, Django, Laravel—your pick, as long as it’s robust)
• UI/UX best practices, responsive layout techniques, and accessibility awareness
• Implementing secure auth flows (JWT, OAuth, or comparable)
Deliverable for the first phase:
1. A production-ready, mobile-first web app packaged for Android with user sign-up/login, password reset, and session management
2. Deployment instructions and source code in a private repository
3. A brief hand-over walkthrough (video call or recorded demo)
