Recipe Book Typist (Image to Text Conversion & Formatting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented typist to convert scanned/handwritten recipe book images into clean, well-formatted digital text (Word/Google Docs). The goal is to create an editable, searchable, and print-ready document while preserving the original layout and instructions.
Responsibilities:
Accurately type recipes from images, PDFs, or handwritten notes into a digital format.
Maintain consistent formatting (ingredient lists, step-by-step instructions, headings).
Correct obvious typos/errors but preserve the original recipe style.
Follow provided style guidelines (e.g., bullet points vs. numbered steps).
Requirements:
Fast & accurate typing (60+ WPM with 99%+ accuracy).
Basic Microsoft Word/Google Docs skills (headers, lists, tables).
Familiarity with cooking terms (e.g., "sauté," "fold in," "al dente").
Ability to decipher messy handwriting (if applicable).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with recipe transcription or culinary content.
Knowledge of measurement conversions (cups → grams, Fahrenheit → Celsius).
Deliverables:
1 fully typed recipe book (formatted, proofread, and organized).
