We are seeking a U.S.-based freelance copywriter or editor with real estate writing experience to help refine and polish existing website content. The tone should remain professional, clear, and helpful to readers evaluating housing and relocation options between U.S. cities.

This is not a content creation role — all foundational text is already written. Your job will be to review for clarity, consistency, and industry-appropriate phrasing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and refine existing website copy (landing pages, FAQs, content blocks)
• Ensure proper use of real estate terminology (rent vs. buy, insurance, taxes, etc.)
• Maintain clarity and readability for a non-technical audience
• Deliver revisions on time with attention to detail

Requirements:
• Based in the United States
• Demonstrated experience writing or editing in the real estate or housing sector
• Can share 1–2 relevant samples of past work
• Strong editorial skills and ability to align tone with business goals
