Job Role: We are seeking a skilled HSE Training Content Developer with expertise in NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, ISO standards (45001, 9001, 14001), and industry-specific safety regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to create interactive and comprehensive training modules tailored to the needs of diverse industries such as oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing.
3. Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed training content, including modules, case studies, assessments, and practical scenarios.
Ensure training materials are compliant with local and international safety regulations and ISO standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to review and refine course content for technical accuracy and real-world application.
Create e-learning modules that are interactive and accessible across digital platforms.
Regularly update course material to reflect changes in HSE laws and regulations.
4. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HSE field, with a focus on training and compliance.
Proven track record of creating professional HSE training content or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Strong knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations, such as in oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing.
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital content creation.
Excellent written and communication skills.
5. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course delivery.
Experience in virtual training or webinars.
Ability to update training materials in line with new HSE regulations.
