Proposal writer, help my business get more clients

Hi, I need someone who is very skilled in sending Proposals, writing proposal that are interesting and compelling, copywriting skills would be a great to have as well. The individual needs to to have a clear good track record helping business get clients and generate leads. Experience with finance and business concepts will be beneficial to help the candidate understand client needs and send custom proposals that cater their business requirements and shows understanding of the client needs.

This is long term project. I need serious bidders who are genuinely interested in sending proposals, communicating with clients and scheduling meetings for me with clients.
