Product description For mens fashion e commerce site -- 2

I am looking to hire someone for my mens clothing website to write product descriptions. I would want someone who can do keyword research as well and add low competitive keywords to the description. Would need title, about 200 word description and bullet points. I will give you an excel file and share with you up to 3 competitors who are selling the same product. I will also give you the title about the product along with photos. Let me know what tools you use to do keyword research, Also need the page title and meta description.
