Job Description:
- We are seeking a meticulous and SEO-savvy Content Specialist & Data Entry Freelancer to enrich our hand picked luxury villa directory. Your primary role will involve scrapping villa content, including descriptions, pricing, amenities, and images, and manually creating new property listings through our back office. You will play a crucial role in expanding our collection of exclusive properties, ensuring that each listing is engaging, - SEO-optimized, and aligns with our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scraping & Data Entry:
- Scrape villa content from various sources, ensuring the collection of comprehensive information including descriptions, pricing, list of amenities, and images.
- Manually input the scraped data into our system, creating new property listings with high attention to detail.
Content Rewriting & SEO Optimization:
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to rewrite hotel descriptions, ensuring that the content is unique, engaging, and free from plagiarism.
- Embed at least one internal backlink to the major city page that the property belongs to, enhancing the internal link structure of our site.
- Incorporate one external backlink per listing, following SEO best practices:
- Ensure links are relevant and add value to the user.
- Link to reputable, authoritative sources.
- Use descriptive anchor text.
- Set external links to open in a new tab.
- Avoid linking to competing websites.
Image Optimization:
- Resize and optimize images to a standard format of 640x480px, ensuring each image's file size is below 600 KB without compromising quality.
- Organizing images following our internal guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
- Review each listing meticulously, ensuring accuracy in information and adherence to our platform's formatting and content standards.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with our SEO and content team to ensure consistency and compliance with the latest SEO strategies.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and data entry.
- Familiarity with web scraping tools and techniques.
- Strong command of the English language and good writing skills.
- Proficiency in image editing tools and an eye for visual details.
- Basic understanding of HTML and content management systems, WordPress preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
