I need a polished, print-ready company profile brochure that I can hand to prospects during sales meetings and events. The primary goal is marketing and sales, so the piece must look premium, tell our story quickly, and guide readers toward contacting us.
Content scope
• About Us – a concise, engaging narrative of who we are and what sets us apart.
• Services – clear, benefit-driven descriptions of our core offerings.
• Projects – visual case highlights that prove our experience and results.
Design & production notes
– Finished size will be an A4 bifold (open to creative alternatives that stay cost-effective for print).
– Provide full-bleed, CMYK PDF ready for the press plus the editable source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator).
– Consistent brand colours and typography; I will supply the logo and any existing style guidelines.
– High-resolution imagery and clean infographics are essential to keep the layout lively without overcrowding the page.
Copywriting
Refine any text I send, adjust tone for a persuasive yet professional read, and ensure grammar and flow are flawless.
Timeline & collaboration
I would like to review an initial concept within a few days, iterate once or twice as needed, and sign off on the final files shortly after. Please share relevant brochure samples or a link to your portfolio when you respond.
