Part-Time Skincare Sales Admin

I run a growing online skincare shop and need a dependable part-time admin to keep our sales chats flowing smoothly. Your single, clear mission is “Memberikan pelayanan pelanggan” — answering questions, guiding buyers, and nudging every conversation toward a completed order.

What the role looks like
• Handle incoming messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Shopee during your agreed shift (roughly 4–5 hours a day, six days a week).
• Give fast, friendly product advice, confirm payments, and record each transaction in a simple Google Sheet.
• Flag recurring issues so we can improve FAQs and future promos.

Who fits best
You’re at least an SA/SMA/SMK graduate (S1 welcome), type quickly in Bahasa Indonesia, love chatting about skincare trends, and keep calm when customers get picky. Familiarity with Instagram, Shopee Seller Centre, Google Sheets, or basic copywriting is a plus, but I’m happy to train the right person.

Deliverables & acceptance
– Daily chat log saved to Drive
– Google Sheet updated in real-time
– Weekly summary of common questions and upsell ideas
Acceptance: first-response time under five minutes during shift and average CSAT ≥4/5.
