PDF Copy-Paste Data Entry

I have a set of PDF documents that need to be lifted, word-for-word, into an Excel sheet I’ll supply. The text in the PDFs is already selectable, so the task is purely copy-and-paste—no need for OCR or re-typing. Accuracy is everything: every character, punctuation mark, and line break must appear in the spreadsheet exactly as it does in the source file.

You’ll receive:
• A Google Drive link to the PDFs
• A spreadsheet template with one fully worked example row
• Simple formatting rules (primarily “no extra spaces” and “keep original case”)

What I expect back:
• A completed .xlsx file populated with all records
• A short note flagging any sections that were unreadable or missing in the original PDFs

I’ll review 10 % of the rows at random; if they match the source perfectly, the milestone clears. The first 500 rows should come back within 48 hours so we can confirm we’re on the same page, with the balance (about 2,000 rows) delivered three days later. Tools are up to you—Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, even clipboard managers—so long as the final sheet is flawless. If you’re meticulous and can start right away, let’s get this moving.
