Online Business Manager (OBM) for a Coach + Healer

Need an online business manager or virtual assistant who is knowledgeable on sales funnels, landing pages, SOP, launch details/timeline/components, copy, and all business things. Being the CEO of my online business is taking away time from creating content that truly feels good to create and from taking inspired action. I want to be able to take inspired action but delegate the logistics and talk you through my copy and you organize it in a way that is high converting, easy to digest and in a way that resonates with my audience.

I'm an intuitive coach and healer with an online healing and coaching business helping overwhelmed, exhausted moms heal (parenting can be super conscious when you realize all of your unhealed trauma and need to work through healing generational trauma because you realize it stops with you. its an opportunity to be the cycle breaker you are), tap into potential (you need a mirror sometimes to unlock your fullest, biggest, boldest, brightest, best self) , manifest a life they love (things can get mundane and routine and you can feel stuck in overwhelm, exhaustion, resentment, and all types of funky low vibrating emotions), and cultivate emotional resilience (hello handling toddler tantrums like a champ, teaching parents and kids tools to better cope with disregulated nervous systems, and not projecting your issues onto your kids, husband and anyone else)

I use somatic healing modalities like EFT tapping, breathwork, yoga to target the body coupled with mindset shifting and practical ways to create balance and flow in your life.

I want to:
-organize my business
-automate lead generation
-automate sales funnels
-implement SOPs and systems so that business runs itself without me
-email onboarding for clients set up
-re-launch my healing community
-launch courses
-bookkeeping
-coordinate with social media (IG and YouTube)
-have more time to do lead generation (host healing circles, workshops, classes to get people into my healing community or a Clarity Call with me)

I have a virtual assistant (who turns existing content into blog posts and does some social media content creation, engagement, and some day-to-day things) and a video editor/YouTube channel manager already so we are a team of 3. But I need help with delegating, organizing, and getting more things done from someone who has business experience. I know my current VA can better utilize her time.

There's so much I need to get done before Jan 20 (I'm pregnant and wanna wind down my workload before baby comes Feb 27) I just don't know where to start. So someone else managing my assistants and working strategically on things with me would be so helpful.

Programs/platforms I'm currently using:
CRM (I use honey book but looking at switching to dubsado)
membership portal/course housing is on podia (looking to maybe switch to Kartra)
Squarespace-website
Zoom- client sessions, webinars, workshops, classes
Acuity-scheduling (but honey book, dubsado, podia and kartra all have schedulers im pretty sure.)
Survey monkey (onboarding pre-program surveys and post program survey, client feedback after sessions. I like how it's organized and can use the responses for copy bc they are in my ideal clients words)
MailerLite-emails ( but honey book dubsado, podia and kartra all have emailing capabilities)
Canva-graphics
Otter (transcriptions of zoom calls, audios, client sessions to create blog posts and copy)


I'm open to using new programs and platforms. I just am sharing what I am currently using.
