Ongoing UX Writing Collaboration
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m setting up a long-term arrangement for a dedicated UX writer who can slot straight into our product team and develop copy across every stage of our releases. You’ll partner day-to-day with our front-end developer and QA tester, taking raw flows and wireframes and turning them into copy that boosts engagement and feels effortless in-product.
Core work
• Microcopy and UI strings for new and existing features
• End-to-end user manuals and contextual help guides that stay in sync with releases
• Occasional marketing snippets—landing page hero lines, feature highlights, release notes—so the voice remains consistent from promo to product
Where you’ll be writing
We maintain parallel web, mobile, and desktop builds, so your words need to adapt smoothly across responsive breakpoints and native patterns. Figma files, component libraries, and GitHub ticket threads will be your source material; final strings are handed off through our JSON string bank or CMS, whichever the sprint demands.
What success looks like
• Clear, concise copy that reduces friction and measurably lifts user engagement metrics we share in weekly stand-ups
• Help docs that developers can link directly from the UI and testers can validate without rewrites
• Marketing blurbs that echo the same voice and terminology users meet in-product
I’m after someone comfortable working async, joining our Slack stand-ups when copy is on the agenda, and turning iterative feedback into polished language quickly. If you’ve shipped interface copy at scale and can show before-and-after engagement wins, let’s talk.
