Mailchimp Expert Required – Ongoing Email Marketing for Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company

We are a Surrey-based plumbing, heating, boiler and air conditioning company looking for an experienced Mailchimp specialist to help us create professional, high-converting email campaigns.
This is intended to be the start of an ongoing working relationship throughout the year, with regular campaigns and marketing support required.
Initial Project
For this first project, I would like the following completed:
1. Air Conditioning Installation Campaign (Priority)
Most of our existing customers do not know that we now offer air conditioning installations.
The campaign should:
* Introduce our air conditioning services
* Explain the benefits of cooling and heating
* Highlight energy efficiency, comfort and modern smart controls
* Promote free quotations
* Encourage customers to book a survey
* Include strong call-to-action buttons

What Has Already Been Done

* Customer database has already been uploaded
* Company branding, logos and photographs are available

What I Need
I want both campaigns fully designed and built within Mailchimp so that I can simply log in, make minor edits if required, and send them to my customer database.
The templates must be:
