Note-Book update PDF Files
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a collection of more than ten notebook-style PDFs that need a thorough refresh. The original layouts served their purpose a few years ago, but the content has since evolved and some illustrations are now outdated.
Here is what I need done:
• Replace and refine specific passages of text that I will supply, making sure spelling, tone, and formatting stay consistent across every file.
• Insert new images and simple graphics (PNG, JPG, or vector) in the positions I’ll mark, adjusting sizing so the pages remain balanced and print-ready.
Each file currently sits around 20–30 pages. Final PDFs should keep the existing page dimensions and maintain a clean, professional look once printed or viewed digitally. I also want the editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) so future tweaks are painless.
Acceptance criteria
1. All requested text updates accurately reflected.
2. New images placed and aligned without shifting surrounding elements.
3. Fonts, margins, headers, and footers remain uniform across the full set.
4. Finished PDFs export without compression artefacts and open correctly on both desktop and mobile readers.
If you regularly work with Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or comparable layout tools and can turn around polished files within a reasonable timeframe, I’m ready to pass over the first batch right away.
