Need to fix my resume -- 2

I've got a basic outline of my resume, but not confident enough with it. I need someone who can put it into better words and trim down the content. Preferences are high if you have experience in writing a software engineer's resume. or any background in the software engineering field. Need to add a cover letter as well.
