Native English-speaking editor for a business blog post

At Waveup, we work with startups, funds, and other companies across diverse industries (from crypto to fashion and music labels) around the world. For the next few months, we decided to work more on our content strategy and finally boost our website blog.
So now we're looking for a content editor for our articles. To give you a better sense of what our articles can be about, here are some of the topics:
- Unique value proposition for your startup: tips and tricks
- Market positioning strategy: A to Z
- Startup with weak KPIs - how to improve metrics and many more
As we are not native speakers we would like to have a person who will be able to "polish" our articles and make it more natural for native English speakers.
So far, we're in the process of choosing a few editors. And as it's hard to see if we can match from the profile description only, we decided to begin with editing kind of "test" fragment of the article (~550 words).
