I'm looking for a market analysis on Oklahoma City and surrounding regions (Norman, Edmond, etc.) for a lingerie store with price points ranging from $20-100 (for pajamas at the upper end). Target customer is a woman approximately 40-50 years old who may bring daughters, friends, etc. Sizes ranging from 28A-42KK with options in some cup sizes up to a 46-48 band. Brands include Eveden lines, Natori, Chantelle, Passionata, Little Bra Co., Cosabella, Simone Perele, Curvy Kate. PJ/lingerie brands could include In Bloom by Jonquil, Mystique Intimates, PJ Salvage, Midnight Bakery, Linea Donatella, with specialty piece from Jane Woolrich and NK iMode. Sizes XS-3X in PJs/lingerie, up to 4x in underwear. Including sports, nursing, strapless, bustier, bralettes, and underwrite/non-underwire options. May include complimentary alterations dependant on staffing abilities.
