Looking for a virtual assistant to handle customer service and other marketing processes

We are looking for someone to help do customer service for us. We are a ecommerce business. Our working hours are 9AM PST - 5PM PST

Technology you are required to understand:
Zendesk
WordPress
Woo Commerce
Telegram
Photoshop or other image editing tools

The main tasks will be:
Log in at 9AM PST and answer all the emails and chats so that our delivery team can get a good start to the day
Answer email tickets throughout the day
Follow up on unpaid orders and contact customers letting them know their payment might not have come through
Handle all customer complaints. We are very committed to excellent customer service, so it is very important we do our best to help our customers and keep them happy in a timely manner.
We will have someone you can ask questions if you get stuck on anything
We will provide you with a document with instructions on what we need you to do for customer service.
We will also have someone to train you.
