Lettings Website Build on GoDaddy

I already use 123 Reg, I believed a GoDaddy Website Builder and simply need someone to shape it into a professional lettings agency site. The main focus is our property listings, so the build must showcase each home clearly while making it easy for visitors to sift through our portfolio.

Here’s what I am after:
• A structured listings section with search and filter controls so users can narrow results by price, bedrooms and location.
• Individual property pages that hold detailed descriptions, high-resolution photos and space for optional video or virtual-tour embeds.
• A concise “About / Meet the Agent” area so clients can see who they’ll be dealing with and how to reach us.
• No login or user-account layer—everything stays publicly accessible.
• Clean, mobile-first design, fast loading and basic on-page SEO so the site is ready to rank locally.
• All pages built inside my existing GoDaddy account so I can log in later and add new properties without touching code.

N.B. I have started to build it but it's taken me ages and I dont love it so welcome input/re build! screen shots of what I have to date. its the copy and search functionally that the areas I am struggling with.

Once the site is live, a short walkthrough (screen-share or simple guide) showing me how to add or edit listings will round things off nicely.

If you’ve worked with 123 Reg builder before and can turn around a polished, easy-to-update lettings site, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it and how long you’d need. I also have a sister site which should be used as a reference although this could probably be re built at some point!
