Latin American Communication Style Research

Job ID: 40380910

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I’m preparing a market-entry strategy for several products and need clear, actionable insight on how people across Latin America expect to be addressed in marketing, sales calls, social media posts, and customer support. The focus is purely cultural research—specifically the language and communication styles that shape buying decisions and brand perception.

Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A concise report that breaks down formality levels, common idioms, honorifics, and tone preferences in the region’s main markets (at minimum Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil).
• A comparative matrix showing how the same message might be phrased differently country-to-country, highlighting potential pitfalls or phrases to avoid.
• A short glossary of must-know colloquialisms and persuasive keywords for each market.
• Practical guidelines I can hand straight to copywriters and sales reps, including examples for email, social posts, and direct pitches.

Use reputable sources—academic papers, reputable business journals, or first-hand interviews—and cite them so I can verify. Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese expertise is a must; familiarity with regional indigenous influences is a bonus but not mandatory. The finished package should arrive as an editable Google Doc plus a PDF copy.

If this sounds like your field, let’s talk timeline and milestones so I can move ahead with confidence.
