Project Brief – A5 Leaflet Design (Editable for Ongoing Use)
I’m looking for a graphic designer with copywriting ability to design a high-converting leaflet for my driveway and landscaping business.

The leaflet will be used for door-to-door distribution around live installations to generate enquiries from nearby properties.

* Final output: A4 (print-ready PDF)
* Designed to be cut in half to create 2 x A5 leaflets
* Double-sided (front + back)
* Must include bleed and crop marks
* Optimised for home/office printing (inkjet) as well as professional print

Editable Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
I need to reuse this leaflet regularly, so:
* Must be delivered in an editable format (preferably Adobe Express, Canva, or PSD)
* I need to be able to easily change:
* 2 images on the front (before & after photos)
* Address/location of current job
* Keep editing simple and user-friendly (I am not a designer)
