Keyword research, analysis, and content creation for a mobile niche site

Hello
We are looking for someone to do keyword research and analysis, and create content for a mobile-niche website.
You can be a team or an individual with:
- Access to good keyword research tool
- Access to competitor analysis tool
- Be able to write human readable and manually written content (no AI based writing)
- Content of around 800-100 words per page (including FAQs focused on the keyword cluster)
- Re-write meta titles and H1
We would expect 3-4 pages of work done per week. This would be 3-4 months of work in total
