Re-write of existing knowledge base for next generation custom-built mortgage broking CRM.
We have just completed the latest version of our custom-built CRM. We require the knowledge base that was written for the old version to be re-written for the new version.
The old knowledge base consists of 150+ articles.
90% of functionality remains the same between the two platforms so the bulk of the work will be:
1. Updating screenshots to GIFS of new platform
2. Where navigation has changed, updating steps (minimal)
3. Ensuring consistent, concise, plain language throughout knowledge base
