Instagram Content Creator for Home Care Startup

Description:
We are a young and specialized start-up in the field of home nursing and medical care at home, based in Switzerland. We are currently looking for an experienced Instagram Content Creator to help us build and grow our social media presence in a professional, strategic, and engaging way.

Scope of Work:
• Create 8–10 high-quality Instagram posts per month (including graphics and captions)
• Develop content in collaboration with us (topics like wound care, infusion therapy, home discharge management, family support, etc.)
• Establish a visual language that feels calm, professional, and empathetic
• Align with our existing branding and design guidelines
• Optional: Suggestions for Reels, Stories, or short video formats

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally in the fields of healthcare, nursing, or social services
• Understanding of the needs of people requiring medical or nursing support and their families
• Ability to create content that is both informative and emotionally engaging
• Reliable, creative, and able to work independently
