Review client call transcripts, looking for specific information that will then be meticulously organized.
Current project is to review calls to find & document the types of questions that we ask our clients in order to help us standardize our service process. Best practices with data collection required, including the signing of an NDA, not utilizing AI for proprietary client information, etc.
You must love business ideas and be able to articulate information at a high-level of English. Native English speaker preferred, but graduate students who have studied in English will also be considered.
