Indian ecom seller account and product listing handler

We are looking for a detail-oriented **E-commerce Seller Account & Product Listing Handler** to manage and optimize our seller accounts across leading Indian marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, and account health maintenance to drive sales growth.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage seller accounts on **Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio** and other platforms
* Create, upload, and optimize **product listings** (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords)
* Ensure accurate product information including **pricing, GST, HSN codes, inventory, and variants**
* Monitor **account health metrics**, resolve listing errors, and handle policy compliance
* Manage **inventory updates**, stock reconciliation, and out-of-stock prevention
* Coordinate with operations for **order processing, returns, and refunds**
* Handle **seller support tickets** and resolve catalog or account issues
* Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements for visibility and conversions
* Implement basic **SEO and keyword optimization** for product listings

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience managing Indian e-commerce marketplaces
* Strong knowledge of **product cataloging & bulk uploads**
* Understanding of **GST, invoicing, and e-commerce compliance in India**
* Basic knowledge of **Excel / Google Sheets**
* Ability to work with dashboards and performance reports
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

### Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

* Experience with **Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub**
* Knowledge of **A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content**
* Exposure to **ads management (Amazon/Flipkart)**
* Experience in **fashion, handbags, or lifestyle categories**
