Improve biweekly newsletter template

I have a biweekly newsletter that essentially sends out a short, educational video, as well as a reminder of free resources from my business. I'm looking for someone to look at MY template who can IMPROVE it to promote more opens (because of subject heading and newsletter copy), and to better promote CTA links within newsletter to learn more about products and services.
