I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with recruitment services for my small business with 1-50 employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across various job functions.
Specifically, I am looking for the following services from the freelancer in the HR department:

The level of experience required for the recruited employees is not a concern. Anyone can work part-time here as long as they can spare 20-40 minutes a day.
