Greek Digital Marketing Assistant -- 4

We are looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Assistant to support our agency's digital marketing efforts on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns on a project basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies and tactics that align with client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEM campaigns for search engines such as Google and Bing.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and scheduling.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Support the creation of display advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and graphic design elements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
