Job Description: We are looking for a talented creative strategist to join our team as a freelance creative strategist. As a creative strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a creative strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and values. The ideal candidate will have experience in UGC management for e-commerce, managing editors, performance marketing, and creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and values Manage and curate user-generated content (UGC) for the e-commerce website and social media platforms Manage a team of editors and collaborate with them to create engaging and high-quality content for the brand Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website Write creative and compelling copy for e-commerce product descriptions, website pages, and marketing materials Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the perfume industry and incorporate them into the brand's strategy Requirements: Fluent in German A deep interest and passion for perfume and fragrances Experience in UGC management for e-commerce Experience in managing editors and creating high-quality content Experience in performance marketing, including running ads on various platforms Experience in creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines A creative and innovative mindset Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively If you are a creative strategist with a passion for perfume and fragrances, we would love to hear from you.
