WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need a Social Media Marketing specialist/Content writer who will be able to help us grow our online presence via posts and videos.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Excellent English: You should be super confident in writing copy on different topics, analysing video content and delivering exceptional quality content quickly

- Technical proficiency: You should be able to quickly navigate the majority of niche specific applications without any problems, understand concepts of automation, lead generation and AI.

- Creative: You should be able to both create original content and repurpose already existing content. Expanding a short sentence or idea into a whole blown post should not be a problem for you.

TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS

As an SMM manager your tasks will include:
Content research, ideation and generation for our business
Content scheduling and community management
Working with AI tools to repurpose content both written and video
Designing creative using Photoshop or Canva
Posting to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube


To complete these tasks you should be familiar with the following apps:
Google workspace, specifically: Gmail, Gdrive, Google Spreadsheets
Squarespace
AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper.AI, Midjourney
ClickUp
Vidyo.ai
Convert Kit
LeadPages

SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT PERSONALITY PROFILE

You’re an excellent problem solver and enjoy doing that. You’re proactive and responsible. If you see that something can be done more efficiently – you come forward with a solution. You don’t bring problems to the table without researching the solution first. You’re an effective task and time manager. You know how to adjust your priorities, so that important stuff is getting done first. You’re good with money, budgeting and keeping records. Your communication is clear, direct and most importantly – fast. You’re ambitious!

MAKE SURE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE WITH

• This is a remote position. You must be prepared and experienced with working from home and have access to a stable internet connection and quiet place to take calls.
• All roles are contract based (1099).
