Formal Spanish Brochure Translation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a set of English marketing brochures that need to be rendered into clear, persuasive, yet strictly formal Spanish. The tone should match the polished feel typical of corporate collateral while preserving every persuasive nuance and call-to-action already embedded in the copy.
You will receive the current brochures in both PDF and editable formats; you can choose to work directly in InDesign (.idml) or translate in Word and I’ll flow the text myself. Either way, I need the final Spanish wording to respect space limitations so layout adjustments stay minimal.
Please keep product names and the tagline in English, localise measurements or references when appropriate, and let me know if any phrase could land awkwardly in a Spanish-speaking market. Consistency in terminology and a flawless, formal register are critical.
Deliverables
• Fully translated Spanish copy for each brochure (about 2,500 words total) supplied in a clean Word file and, if possible, track-changed for quick review
• A short second pass after I drop the text into the final layout to ensure headings, captions, and callouts still read naturally
Native-level Spanish, proven marketing translation experience, and quick turnaround are important to me. If everything goes smoothly there will be more marketing materials on the horizon.
