Fashion Product Descriptions to Portuguese
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a skilled Portuguese translator to adapt a series of fashion-focused product descriptions that appear on my e-commerce site. The copy is currently in English and spans several collections, from apparel to accessories.
Accuracy is important, but style matters even more here: each description has to read as if it were originally written for a Portuguese-speaking audience, preserving brand voice, sizing nuance, fabric terminology and the persuasive tone that drives conversions. A background in fashion or retail copywriting will make this smoother.
You will receive the originals in a shared Google Sheet and can work in the same file or with a CAT tool such as Trados or MemoQ if you prefer—whatever keeps terminology consistent. I’ll review translations in batches, so please be comfortable meeting short turnaround windows for each drop.
Deliverables (per batch):
• Polished Portuguese versions of every description, ready to paste into the CMS
• A short term-base/glossary update when new style or fabric names appear
